App:
Wellness Life plus: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.oriflame.wellnesslifeplus
I am using this app since 2 years and I login to this app once today. You just need to create a new account and the tabs given to us are: (1) Home, (2) Social, (3) Add (Exercise, Wellbeing, Nutrition, Supplements, (4) Trophies and (5) Settings. It is easy to navigate through the app and familiarize with the features.
You first need to add your exercise details like walking and the app assigns you 25 points. You can then add your Wellbeing by clicking the Happiness, Sleep Status and Stress Level options and save your entry for the day. It earns you 19 points. You can then add the food you ate during the day like less fatty food and less oily food and earn 19 points for the same. You also earn trophies as you use the app and the app lets you check your graph on a daily, weekly and monthly basis which helps you to set a goal and achieve the same.
Tools:
I use these two online tools to check my heart age and rate based on my exercise level and other factors.
Heart Age Calculator: https://www.nhs.uk/Conditions/nhs-health-check/Pages/check-your-heart-age-tool.aspx
This tool is designed for people above the age of 30 and hence I entered the details of my parents and got an approximate result. I entered my mom's age, postal code, cholesterol level, height, weight and blood pressure level and based on that my mom's result mentioned that her heart is 17 years elder to her actual age and by reducing her cholesterol, weight and checking her blood pressure constantly, the age of the heart increases. The website also mentioned that she can live till the age of 80 without having any heart attack or stroke.
Target Heart Rate Calculator: http://www.active.com/fitness/calculators/heartrate
I entered my age using this tool and it mentioned that my heart's target level is 144 based on my age and my level of exercise. Hence, the better is your level of exercise, the stronger your heart is. The website mentioned that the target heart rate should be between 105-163 which means my heart is perfectly healthy.
